Having looked at the current off the shelf offerings for scheduling software, a local NHS hospital unit contacted us to design and build custom software to schedule patient, staff and rooms to specifically suit their organization.

The software needed to have the flexibility to allow more than one activity per room, multiple staff per patient, and predict the next available time slots. As the patient schedule does not change much from week to week, the software also needed the ability to copy an existing weekly schedule, and copy forward to future weeks.
